Each faculty/advisor with a paid registration to attend the Annual Meeting will have the opportunity to register ONE trainee from their institution at no additional charge. This complimentary registration includes admission to the scientific and poster sessions, session breaks, the Student/New Investigator Luncheon on Sunday, and the Annual Banquet on Tuesday evening. Students who wish to attend Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings must pay the associated fees. To be eligible, the trainee must:

Note: Only one trainee per faculty/advisor registration may be registered under the “Host-a-Trainee” program. If you bring three or more trainees, you may receive discounted registration rates for each trainee.
