You are encouraged to make plans early to attend the meeting at the Omni Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas. The EMS conference rates at the Omni Fort Worth are as follows.

Deluxe and Premium Room Hotel Reservation Deadline: September 30, 2010

$189 (USD)	Deluxe Rooms—Deluxe Rooms contain either one king bed or two queen beds. Almost all king rooms have a spacious walk in shower. (You must reserve your room prior to September 30 to secure this rate. A limited number of rooms have been added for October 22 and are available of a first come first serve basis.)
$209 (USD)	Premium Rooms–Premium Rooms are located on the top floors of the hotel and offer superior views, these premium rooms provide the same features as our deluxe rooms (You must reserve your room prior to September 30 to secure this rate. A limited number of rooms have been added for October 22 and are available of a first come first serve basis.)

All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 15%. Reservations can be made by calling toll free (800) 843-6664 or direct (817) 535-6664 and telling the reservation office that you are an EMS meeting participant, or by reserving a room on-line.

**Please Note: Hotel requires a first night’s deposit (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date). Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. Cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NOON.

Omni Select Guest Loyalty Program

If you sign-up for the free Omni Loyalty Program you will receive complimentary Wi-Fi service, morning beverage delivery, pressing, bottled water, shoe shine, newspaper, and evening turndown. If you have not already joined this program you may do so at 24 hours in advance of your arrival. You may also join while in-house or at check-in.

Internet Access at the Annual Meeting

EMS appreciates how important it is for attendees to stay connected to daily responsibilities in their home locations while attending the meeting. The Omni Fort Worth Hotel offers wireless internet access in sleeping rooms and common areas to all their guests staying at the hotel. Please note that this service is not available in the meeting rooms or the meeting room foyers. EMS meeting attendees will have access to the EMS Internet Café during registration hours.

Roommate Matching Service

In an effort to reduce the cost of the 2010 EMS meeting, EMS is again providing a roommate matching service. If you are interested in sharing room costs, please completed the Roommate Matching Form. Please note that this is only a matching service. Matched roommates will still be responsible for making their own hotel reservations!

The Environmental Mutagen Society will handle communication between people wishing to participate in the room sharing program. Please note that it is the responsibility of each participant in the program to make their room reservation, communicate with and to work out an agreement with a potential room sharer. The Environmental Mutagen Society's role is strictly limited to the maintenance of the list of registrants who have signified interest in the program. The Society will maintain the list but does not (a) screen participants, (b) make any determination as to the appropriateness of any resulting room share, or (c) guarantee a resulting room share.
