Non U.S. Citizens
Please visit www.travel.state.gov for current information about requested documentation for travel to the United States. Citizens of some countries will require a visa. Citizens of the 27 Visa Waiver Program countries may require only a machine-readable passport (if certain requirements listed on the above Web site are met).

Air Transportation

AMERICAN AIRLINES is our preferred airline and have offered EMS discounts on ANY applicable airfare to Dallas/Ft. Worth on www.aa.com. Discounts are available on American Airlines, American Eagle, American Connection, and all oneworld Alliance carriers as long as one segment is on American).

Reservations can be made on-line at www.aa.com. Go directly to www.aa.com to book your flights. Enter the promotional code, 98H0AU, in the promotional code box under the “book flights” tab or “enter passenger data” tab while making your reservation. Discount will automatically be calculated. Discount is valid for travel to DFW October 17 through November 1, 2010. There is no fee on www.aa.com.

Reservations may also be made by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk toll free at (800) 433-1790 from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, 5:00 AM to 12:00 NOON CST seven days a week. Give them your promotional discount code, 98H0AU. There is a reservation service fee, currently $20, for tickets issued through this desk.

Earn AAdvantage miles for your trip; enroll on-line at www.aa.com. Reservations may also be made via a travel agency, a fee may apply.

Reservations involving any oneworld Alliance or codeshare partner airlines, or travel into one city and out of another must be booked via phone at (800) 433-1790.

Airport
The Dallas/Forth Worth (DFW) International Airport is located approximately 25 miles from the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.

Ground Trasportation

Transportation to and from the Airport

1. Shuttle Service—The Super Shuttle is available 24 hours for approximately $17 per person one way. Make you reservation in advance by calling (972) 615-2410.
2. Taxi—The estimated one way taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is $43.
3. Local Rail—The Dallas/Fort Worth rail system, Trinity Railway Express, is approximately a $1.50 fare from the airport to the hotel. The station closest to the Omni Forth Worth hotel is the Fort Worth Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) Station and the estimated travel time from the airport is 35 minutes.
