Who can join?  GETA membership is open to any person working, studying, teaching, or just interested in environmental and genetic toxicology, toxicology, risk assessment, biotechnology, and other related scientific areas.

How to GET Involved in GETA!

Election of Officers takes place in the fall of each year.  Terms of office are two (2) calendar years unless noted otherwise.  Positions include: President (1-year term), President-elect (Program Chair, 1-year term), Secretary, Treasurer (3-year term), Membership Officer, Newsletter Editor, Member-at-Large, Business, University and Government Representatives, and two (2) Student/Postdoc Representatives (1 elected in alternate years).

If you would like more information or wish to volunteer to be put on the ballot for election, please contact the current President of GETA (see Contact GETA page).
