The EMGS is proud to offer numerous Student and New Investigator Travel Awards to assist students and new investigators in attending and participating in the EMGS Annual Meeting, scheduled for Sept. 9-13, 2023, in Chicago!
This webinar is focused on helping students, postdoctoral fellows, and new investigators navigate the changing job market. in-person and virtual networking skills will be taught to aid them in meeting people at the annual meeting and maintaining those connections throughout the year.
This WOW highlights the impact of the environment on key DNA processes including DNA Replication, Repair, and Genome stability through a half day event that includes a technical workshop, Keynote talk by Dr. Joyce Ohm, and additional talks selected from abstracts.
The Awards and Honors Committee is pleased to announce the winners of the 2023 Alexander Hollaender Award and the 2023 EMGS Award. Both awards will be presented during the 54th Annual Meeting of the EMGS, which will be held September 9-13, 2023 in Chicago Illinois.
IARC is a major site of research on how environmental exposures lead to the development of cancer. The speaker for this event, EMGS member Dr. Jiri Zavadil, is the Deputy Branch Head of Epigenomics and Mechanisms at the International Agency for Research on Cancer in Lyons, France.
