There will be three poster sessions at the 2017 meeting. The first session will take place Saturday, September 9 at the Duke Performing Arts Center, 2 E. South St., Raleigh, NC (across the street from the convention center.) This poster session will contain only student and New Investigator posters and be part of the President's Welcome Reception. The Performing Arts Center will be open beginning (TBA) to put up posters. Posters should be taken down from the Performing Arts Center between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm Sept 9.
All posters (including student and New Investigator) should in place at the convention center no later than 12:00 pm on September 10.
Two poster sessions are planned at the convention center, one at 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Sunday, September 10 and another on September 11, 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Your presence, and/or that of a co-author, during the poster session in which your abstract is assigned, is particularly important since this is when conference participants will plan to meet you to discuss your work. The poster display closes at 10:00 am on Tuesday September 12. All posters must be removed between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm on Tuesday. It is the responsibility of the poster presenter to remove the poster. Failure to do so could result in damage to or loss of the unclaimed poster.
If the poster presenter is a student or postdoctoral fellow, there should be a sign under the poster number. If the sign is missing, please visit the registration desk and let staff know.
