13th International Conference on Environmental Mutagens
Maintaining Genomic Health in a Changing World
53rd Annual Meeting of the EMGS
August 27 - September 1, 2022 - Ottawa Canada
The International Conference on Environmental Mutagens (ICEM) has been rescheduled to: August 27- September 1, 2022. We are hopeful that we can safely gather in person at that time. To the extent possible, the intent is to keep the current program structure, including keynote speakers and symposium topics. Indeed, the majority of invited keynote speakers and symposium session chairs have already confirmed their participation in the 2022 ICEM.
The Environmental Mutagenesis & Genomics Society (EMGS) will be organizing a 2021 Virtual EMGS Annual Meeting and more information will be coming soon.
The hub of the scientific meetings is the exciting new science being presented in poster format. Our opening evening will include a two-hour student and new investigator poster session. There will be three additional poster sessions accommodating up to 200 posters at a time, with exhibitions from vendors in parallel throughout the meeting. These will be integrated with coffee breaks and cocktail hours to maximize attendance and interactions.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster presentations should be submitted as a 3-min video of your poster, presented on 1-3 slides.
Use the appropriate video instructions to record your video. If using PowerPoint, select the video pertaining to either a PC or a mac. If using presentation software other than PowerPoint, or if you're showing a web browser, use the instructions pertaining to Zoom. Ether method will work. Limitations are that posters should be 1-3 slides and narration no longer than 3 minutes. If you would like to upload a pdf of your poster you can do that as well but not required.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please let us know at email@example.com
The deadline to submit your poster online is August 9, 2021.
