About this workshop: Within the society, the mission of the Diversity and Inclusion committee is to promote diversity within the EMGS, recognize the scientific achievements of our diverse membership, and foster career development and advancement for individuals from underrepresented groups. It is with great pleasure that we extend this invitation to Dr. Tuajuanda Jordan who has contributed greatly not only in her field of expertise, but also has dedicated herself in the fight for equity and equality today. Dr. Jordan will provide her insight and expertise in how we can reach individuals from underrepresented populations within the scientific community to create critical networking opportunities. 

Who is it for?: This presentation is geared toward individuals who are focused on increasing diversity in not only EMGS but in the scientific field.
