ICEM 2022 Registration 

Please read the registration guidelines below before registering.

Registration guidelines: 

Please register through the website. If you are unable to register through the website, please fill out the physical registration form provided here and send a payment by check or credit card to the EMGS & IAEMGS Headquarters located at 12627 San Jose Blvd., Suite 202, Jacksonville, Florida 32223-8638, or fax it to 904.513.2666

Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration. Faxes will be accepted by EMGS & IAEMGS Headquarters only if a credit card number is clearly listed in the appropriate area.

NOTE: To prevent double-billing, if you are registering by fax, DO NOT mail your registration form. EMGS only needs one copy for processing. All mailed and fax registration forms will be processed online by EMGS staff.

Payment Information

All payments must be in U.S. currency. Registration Forms will be returned if not accompanied by one of the following methods of payment:

• Check (Company or personal); U.S. Currency only. Please list all registrants on check memo or check stub
• Money Orders
• U.S. Government Purchase Orders (Check must be drawn from the U.S. Department of Treasury)
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AmericanExpress

Registration Deadlines

Early Bird Registration by May 31, 2022
Standard Registration June 1 – August 5, 2022

DO NOT mail your Registration Form to EMGS if it will arrive after August 5, 2022. After August 5, rates will increase for all delegates. Registration will be available both online and on-site.

Accompanying Person Registration: Accompanying Person registrants are welcome to attend the Welcoming Reception and Banquet, but will not have access to the scientific sessions or the Exhibit Hall.

Optional Registration Items 

Excursion Registration: You can register for excursions/tours through the ICEM registration at an additional cost. 

Banquet Registration: The Banquet is included in the Registration fee.

Inaugural Women in the IAEMGS Luncheon: You can register for Luncheon through the ICEM registration at an additional cost.

Workshop Registration: Registration participants in the 13th ICEM may enroll in one of the five courses offered on the morning of Saturday, August 27, 2022. You can register for workshops through the ICEM 2022 registration at an additional cost. The workshops will run concurrently, allowing you to register for only one workshop. Please mark the appropriate place on the online or physical registration form if you will be attending a workshop.

Satellite Meeting Registration: Reference page 42 for registration details. You do not have to be registered for the 13th ICEM to attend a Satellite Meeting, but you can register for the Samuel H. Wilson Satellite Meeting on DNA Repair through the ICEM 2022 registration.

Badges

Badges are required for the banquet and sessions. Badges are required for each of the excursions/tours which you can register for through the ICEM 2022 registration. 

Special Interest Groups Meetings

Special Interest Group meetings do not include breakfast. All registrants are invited to attend any of the Special Interest Groups which will be held at 7:00am ET each morning.

Confirmation

You will receive a registration confirmation by email immediately following your registration when you register online. All other confirmations will be mailed to you prior to the meeting if your registration form is received prior to August 5, 2022. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing to EMGS & IAEMGS Headquarters by August 5, 2022. These refunds will be processed, less a $25 fee, following the Annual Meeting. Refund requests received after August 5, 2022 will not be processed.
