About this workshop: This webinar is focused on helping students, postdoctoral fellows, and new investigators navigate the changing job market. In-person and virtual networking skills will be taught to aid them in meeting people at the annual meeting and maintaining those connections throughout the year.

Who is it for? This networking webinar is aimed at students, new investigators, and anyone navigating the new virtual job market we are encountering. Attendees will learn skills in both in-person and virtual networking and how to present themselves.

About the Speaker: Laura Brennan is a pitching and networking consultant – which is really the same thing: both pitching and networking revolve around making it easy and fun to talk about yourself and your projects. She has taught everyone from film producers, tech entrepreneurs, and nonprofit CEOS to musicians, artists, and academics how to build, nurture, and tap into their own vibrant networks.
