The principal mission of the Alexander Hollaender Outreach Committee is to broaden the opportunities in mutagenesis research and translational applications in this field for scientists and students from countries where such opportunities have been historically underrepresented, through the planning, promoting, and teaching courses in relevant subjects. The primary geographical focus of this outreach is on Latin America.
