EMGS Emerging Scientist Award
Overview
The EMGS Executive Board has generously agreed to grant 750-dollar Emerging Scientist Travel Awards to the Genetic Toxicology Association (GTA), Genetic and Environmental Toxicology Association (GETA), Genetics and Environmental Mutagenesis Society (GEMS), MidWest DNA Repair Symposium, Southern Genome Maintenance Conference, and the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) North America.
Award:
Recipients will receive $750 to cover their annual meeting registration and travel expenses, along with a complimentary one-year EMGS membership. The award will be granted upon attendance at the EMGS Annual Meeting.
Oversight:
The EMGS Membership and Professional Development Committee will serve as a point-of-contact for the EMGS Emerging Scientist Award and facilitate administration of the award.
