Sponsorship Opportunities

EMGS offers opportunities for corporate sponsors to support our Annual Meeting and connect with EMGS members.

We invite corporations and organizations to become sponsors of the Annual Meeting. In addition to the opportunity to give a presentation, sponsorship provides an opportunity for recognition before, during, and after the meeting through listings in the program and inclusion of corporate logos during important presentations. Sponsorship Form

Expanded support opportunities exist through Sustaining Membership.

Support will be recognized based upon the following contribution levels:

Diamond Level       $10,000
Platinum Level       $5,000-$9,999
Gold Level               $2,500–$4,999
Silver Level              $1,000–$2,499
Bronze Level           $500–$999

In appreciation of Annual Meeting support, EMGS will provide participating organizations with the following benefits:

• Acknowledgement in the EMGS Annual Meeting Program
• Acknowledgement through signage at the Annual Meeting
• Sponsor ribbon for designated meeting attendee
• Acknowledgement on the EMGS website
• Organizations that provide $2,500 or more in support to a specific Symposium will have the opportunity to give a five-minute presentation in the symposium they support. (Please note that this opportunity is available on a first-come, first-served basis with one presentation per symposium)
• Free Annual Meeting registration; Platinum Level; one free registration, Diamond Level; three free registrations
• Platinum and Diamond Level Sponsors may provide a give-a-way item for each registrant
  (These items need to be approved by the Society and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.)

An activity may have more than one sponsor or contributor. To ensure that you maximize exposure, confirmation of your support is requested by May 30, 2018.

Sponsors now have the opportunity to give a short presentation at any of the symposia or workshops. This opportunity specifically enables sponsors to identify receptive audiences in relevant symposia and workshops, and to give a short presentation. The presentation will take place at peak attendance, midway through the session, just before the break. If you would like to have a company representative or colleague speak on behalf of your organization, please contact Janece Bevans-Kerr for details.

*Platinum Sponsors will also be given the opportunity to provide giveaway items that will enhance the meeting experience. These items will be distributed by staff at the registration desk as attendees pick up their meeting materials. The following items are recommended registration giveaways: lanyards, notepads, pens, highlighters, and memory sticks. These items need to be approved by the Society and will be available on a first-come first-served basis.
